The participants of the Johannes Leimena School of Public Leadership (JLSOPL) listen to the experiences and principles of serving as a public leader from the Vice Governor of Jakarta, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, at the Jakarta City Hall, on August 21, 2014. On this occasion, the Vice Governor shared about the challenges and his calling as principled public leader in the Jakarta city’s government.

Indonesian Constitutional Court Judge, Prof. Dr. Maria Farida Indrati, S.H., M.Hum. welcomes the visit from the Johannes Leimena School of Public Leadership (JLSOPL) participants at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia, on August 19, 2014. In this visit, besides learning about the services, programmes, and activities of the Constitutional Court, the participants also learned from Constitutional Court Judge Indrati’s stories and experiences on how to be a public leader who can keep his or her integrity and independence.

The participants of Johannes Leimena School of Public Leadership (JLSOPL) visit the People’s Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) on August 21, 2014. In this visit, the participants were welcomed by Member of Parliament, Fary Francis. Fary Francis shared his experiences and principles as public leader serving the people as a legislative member.

Religious freedom principles and practices in Indonesia need to be nurtured tirelessly by all elements of the nation, says one of the board members of the Indonesian Conference on Religion and Peace (ICRP). The participants of Johannes Leimena School of Public Leadership (JLSOPL) visited the ICRP office in Jakarta, on August 19, 2014.
