Kanaan Farmers Group, Manusak Village, Kupang \u2013 East Nusa Tenggara held a Christmas service on the 19th of December, 2014. The Christmas service was led by Mrs. Rabea M. S. Seo (Intervarsity Student Fellowship staff – Kupang). Kanaan Farmers Group actively involves in rice and corn plantings, and also in raising cattle. This Farmers Group is a result from the education done by Leimena Institute in Manusak Village, Kupang.<\/p>\n

In the Kanaan Farmers Group\u2019s Christmas celebration (19\/12\/2014), they did a diaconia service for 16 widows that live around them. The source of the diaconia funding was from the offering gathered from the weekly Sunday service and also from the donation from several people. The members of the Kanaan Farmers Group felt that it is important to share with other, even at a small scale. This is how they show their love towards other people.<\/p>\n
