Leaders, in various scales of leadership, holds an important role in determining the success or fall of the organization they lead. That is why, a certain quality of leadership is needed.<\/p>\n<p>In the context of Indonesian, what is needed is a leader with integrity, and also a nationhood insight. JL SoPL is an intensive leadership education program organized by Leimena Institute since 2014, and is done annually. JL SoPL 2015 was held in Wisma PGI Jakarta, August 9-15, 2015. The program was attended by 11 participants who met the qualifications and terms required of the program. They come from Karo and Pematang Siantar (North Sumatra), Surabaya (East Java), Mamasa (West Sulawesi), Bandung (West Java), Toraja (South Sulawesi), Tarakan (North Kalimantan), Samarinda (East Kalimantan), Ambon (Maluku), and Papua. Their professions also varies, such as pastor, lecturer, Regional People\u2019s Representative Council member, civil servant, social activist, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The interesting thing about this program is that the participants didn\u2019t only learn about the concept of nationhood, but they also learn about the skills needed to fight for the nation goals through the means they can access. The participants even gained inspiration from life experience of public leader figures in serving the nation. All of this knowledge becomes very relevant in my activities, both in strengthening the community and civil society, and in struggling as a politician. <\/em>(Nancy Purmiasa \u2013 President of Yayasan Gasira, Maluku)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>This program really helped me to be a leader with integrity because the discussion is quite deep and comprehensive, supported by the experience of public figures who involved in the nation with integrity and responsibilities in their calling. <\/em>(Yunus Bangun \u2013 Pastor, Batak Karo Protestant Church, North Sumatera)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>This program is really inspiring; it strengthens the principals of nationhood and Christian principals through knowledge and the experience of figures who served the nation.
