On January 17th, 2020 in Jakarta, Pusat Pengkajian Islam dan Masyarakat (PPIM), Islamic State University Syarif Hidayatullah hosted limited forum discussion about “Survey Result on Indonesia Parliament Regarding Nationhood, Education, and Religious Studies in Indonesia” This survey aimed to explore information on parliament’s view in building National Security to prevent violent extremism through religious studies in Indonesia.<\/p>\n
Matius Ho, the Leimena Institute’s Executive Director, was invited to give opinion on the survey result. The Leimena Institute has been conducting training and lecture on Pancasila and Civic Education, both in religious institutions and universities.<\/p>\n
